Tesa Stone
My name is Tesa, and I hold both a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Indiana University, along with a Master’s in Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University. My professional focus is rooted in trauma-informed therapy, supported by extensive training in motivational interviewing and a strong foundation in person-centered therapy.
I believe in meeting individuals where they are, creating a safe and supportive space where healing and growth can unfold at their own pace. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals. I am especially passionate about helping individuals build self-esteem, strengthen their sense of identity, develop healthy boundaries, and grow in confidence.
