I approach therapy with a simple belief: people are capable of far more than they often realize. My work focuses on uncovering that potential and helping clients move toward the version of themselves they want to be. Most people don’t seek therapy just to vent—they’re looking for real change, and my role is to help them get there!
I’m specially drawn to working with teens and young adults because those years come with big emotions, big transitions, and big questions about who you are and who you want to become.
My goal is to be a steady, honest, and supportive presence during a time that can feel confusing or overwhelming. I’m not the type of therapist who just nods along—I show up, I listen, and I help you make sense of what you’re carrying so you can move forward with confidence.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my two German Shepherds, who keep me active, entertained, and grounded. They’re a big part of my life and a reminder of the importance of connection, consistency, and finding joy outside of stress.
